"I had a fraudulent charge show..."
I had a fraudulent charge show up on my Discover card and figured getting it fixed would be straightforward. To their credit, they blocked the card quickly, which I appreciated. The dispute process itself was a bit slower and more confusing than I hoped, though. I ended up calling a couple of times and didn’t always get the same information. It was eventually taken care of, but the whole experience could’ve been a little smoother.

"Easy enough to use without overthinking it"
I mostly use the Discover app, though I’ve logged into the website a few times too, usually when I’m already on my laptop doing something else. Both are straightforward. Logging in is quick, payments aren’t hidden in some weird menu, and I can check my cash back without having to click around forever. Some card sites feel like they were designed to confuse you, but this one is simple in a good way. I haven’t had any problems on my phone so far, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Cashback adds up quicker than I thought"
I’ve been using Discover for everyday purchases, the cashback has been decent. It’s not like some massive amount each time, but it builds up faster than I expected, which is nice because I don’t have the patience to mess around with rewards that take forever to be worth anything. Redeeming it is simple too, so no complaints there.

"Customer service is fine, just a bit slow sometimes"
I’ve had my Discover card for a while now, and the customer service has been kind of hit or miss. The reps I’ve talked to have been friendly and seem like they’re trying to help, but getting a straight answer can take longer than it should.

I had to call twice for the same issue, which was annoying. It did eventually get taken care of, so I can’t really complain too much, but the whole thing wasn’t as smooth as I was hoping. Overall, it’s okay, not terrible, but not amazing either.
